The Macaron classes run from Monday through Friday
This is a hands on class
Classes start at 6.30 and end at 8.30
Refreshments are served as well as handmade truffles and small meringues

Its a hands on class (class size is 10). We have a grouppon special at the moment $79.00 for two or $49.00 for one. You can also book with us directly at 604 722 3737. The classes run Monday through Friday from 6.30 to 8.3o Students to arrive at least 10 minutes before.

Hi Vivian the classes run from Monday through Friday and begin at 6.30 (2 hour class) Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before class. If you have any more questions just call 604 722 3737

The classes are booked solid for November, December especially as there are six of you attending at the same time. However I can offer you a Saturday afternoon class since there are the six of you. Hi, I recently took a class and we bought the class through buyutopia. We really enjoyed the class and the instructor was excellent. When we got home we realized that the voucher said that each person gets 1 dozen if macaron and we only got 6. Each student was suppose to receive a macaron template as stated in the voucher, which we never got.

Hi, I attended your class in December. I’m trying to buy all the ingredients now. For the piping bag, what size should I purchase? I see there are 12″ and 18″ online.
For the matcha white chocolate macarons, how much matcha powder and how much white chocolate should I put in?

I would buy the 18inch bags. I use 1 tbsp of the matcha green tea and 2ounce of melted white chocolate. Good luck.
